President Donald Trump has been both “anxious and apprehensive” about the possibility of a recession staring into the nation and its economy. While he has been quite bullish in his treatment of the subject, he has expressed the concern in a private talk. In fact, Trump seems to be more concerned about the impact it would have on the possibility of his re-election in the upcoming presidential election to be held in 2020.
He is understood to have been in talks with the business leaders and financial executives through the telephonic conversations. He has even been blaming the media and economists of having skewing the data, and he has been blaming them of doing this to thwart his re-election.
The Fake News Media is doing everything they can to crash the economy because they think that will be bad for me and my re-election. The problem they have is that the economy is way too strong and we will soon be winning big on Trade, and everyone knows that including China!

White House is understood to have been making attempts to stave off recession through a series of steps. Officials, however, believe that such attempts are likely to precipitate a further crash of the economy.
